Onboarding is an assisted process. Our onboarding team will guide you through each of the steps required to register your business and complete KYB on the Merge Platform.

The duration of the onboarding process varies from 2 days to 4 weeks depending on the complexity of the integration, the completeness of KYB documentation, and the scope of integration. The Merge Onboarding Team will work closely with your organisation throughout the process to facilitate a smooth and efficient transition from sandbox testing to live production operations.

The typical onboarding journey follows the sequence below:

1. Business Registration
2. KYB Verification
3. Sandbox Access Provisioning
4. Technical Integration
5. Production Readiness Review
6. Production Access
7. Go-Live and Ongoing Support

Once the onboarding and KYB process is completed, you will gain access to a dashboard to view your main account, sub accounts and the transaction details.
